Our current group of students are just entering week 2 of their yoga teacher training intensive 200 hour diploma. they take 12 days now, then come back for 3 days in october after doing some teaching practice.
the yoga teacher training intensive is a fast track yoga teacher training and offerred as residential or non residential, and one of the highlights is our food! Non residentials get breakfast and lunch, residentials get dinner too.

The days are quite long, and the course, as the name suggests, is intensive! But the feedback on the content has been excellent, and far from being tiring, the longer days have ensured the optimum learning outcomes from the students, who have all said they are enjoying the total immersion in the subject, and the course has been life changing.
